Oh Happy Chinese New Year! It's been forever since my last blog post. So I decided to blog. It's almost 2am now, so I'll prolly keep it short. And it'll be those 'OH WHO CARES' kind of post. Well, for me so I can read back and smile next time. Hahahah okay here goes....
Chinese New Year, up till now, was one of the best I ever had. As usual, had relatives come to my house to visit on the very first day. Wasn't really enjoyable though, cause I'm socially awkward. Hid in my room most of the time. Relatives went home at about 4pm, then the sleepy me went to sleep. Woke up at about 8pm, ate dinner and watched some tv. Then went back to sleep again. Hahahah.
The second day of CNY was way better. Woke up at about 11am, washed up, changed, then went over to my maternal grandmother's house for visiting. Even though there were many unfamiliar faces, the experience was still generally enjoyable. Received loads of red packets too. Heheh. After the distant relatives left, I sat down with my closer relatives and we started to play Blackjack. I love playing cards hahahah. Played until dinner, then continued afterwards. Won about 8$ in total. Got home at about 11pm, bathed, tv, sleep.
The third day was an impromptu visit to my mum's aunt. Had 30 minutes to prepare, then left the house. Didn't even have time to eat my brunch. After visiting, we headed over to Loyang Tua Pek Gong to pray pray. Sat in the front seat of the car, enjoyed the whole journey. Deanna loves car rides. ^____^ Went to eat afterwards. Not gonna elaborate on that cause something horrid happened. Went home afterwards. The whole trip was enjoyable though. Especially the long car ride in the front seat. Huehuehuehue.
The fourth day, which is today, or well yesterday was spent with my potatoes. Woke up at 12nn, bathed and prepared, then headed to compass point to meet Youw. Bought our brunch @ BK, then took the LRT over to Loo's house. It was my first time visiting a friend's house during CNY. Don't judge me. Hahhaha. Had loads of fun and laughs playing blackjack. After which, we went down to Daiso @ river something mall. Then, headed to subway to da bao our dinner. Went back too Loo's house and ate, then played cards again. This time was dai di though. Also, had loads of fun and laughs. We played till about 9.45pm, then went home. Came back home to mum telling me that she kept some lou hei for me. Happy happy happy. Deanna loves louhei.
